In other words, it means developing and improving the skills and qualities necessary for employment. This includes not only the ability required to find a job, but also the ability to work and develop successfully in a job. Employment is an individual's responsibility and can be developed through education, experience, and self-development.


Employability in the future is expected to continue to change as technology changes and industry changes. It is important to have technical capabilities in fields such as digital technology, artificial intelligence, and big data as it is now. Soft skills such as communication, problem solving, creative thinking, and leadership are also important. Future jobs emphasize collaboration and diversity, and they also need the ability to take responsibility for self-development.
